Foreclosure is NOT inevitable... - CDPE

Foreclosure is NOT inevitable...

Never assume that your situation is hopeless or desperate. There are options and things you can do to prevent foreclosure. Chances are, you or someone you know in Volusia or Seminole County is facing the possibility of foreclosure. But you need to understand that you are not alone.

Today, 1 out of every 7 homeowners in America is behind on mortgage payments. Here in Central Florida, most of us have been affected to some degree by the foreclosure crisis. Right now you or someone you know in your neighborhood or church is behind in their mortgage payments and facing the possibility of foreclosure. BUT understand that this massive decline in property values affects everyone - even if you have done everything right, like pay on time every month!

These are tough and frustrating times. Now more than ever, it's important to identify your options. Foreclosure can be avoided, your credit can be saved, and your financial future can be salvaged. BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR OPTIONS and take the steps to protect your credit and future.

Through my experience handling distressed properties everyday in Volusia and Seminole counties, I've found that homeowners have more questions than answers about their circumstances - and unfortunately don't know who to ask or, in their desperation, are falling prey to scams. I have created this site to help you understand the possible solutions to foreclosure and provide a detailed explanation of short sales, which may be the best course of action for some homeowners...even if you are not behind in payments or have not received your 20 day notice yet.

  •  "Richard is the '11th hour Miracle Man! ' I ignored the notices and thought there was nothing I could do and that it didn't really matter...until I talked with Richard Zwick. My condo was getting foreclosed at 11am. That same day, Richard saved it and managed to list it. Thank you, Richard." Ron K., Sanford, FL.
  • "I'm so glad it's over. You don't know how relieved we are now. We thought that you would drop us once we moved out of the area. Thank you for sticking with us and getting it sold. Now we can move on with our lives and business." Debbie and Louis Pastore, Debary, FL.
  • "We bought our 'dream home' in 2006 from a builder. We now know that we paid too much. Worse yet, we financed it all. Then lost our jobs. Once we started working again, we wanted to save our home. Richard referred us to a good attorney for that and foreclosure defense. We are still working on it and may have to sell anyway, but at least we can sleep at night for now, knowing that we will not get thrown out on the street at any moment." Too embarrased to show my name, Deltona, FL.

I'm offering you a FREE Report to explain your options and help you decide on a course of action. The idea of losing a home can be overwhelming, and I feel it is vital for you to have all the facts necessary to make an informed decision.
